Ocean/Land Tours & Day Packages:
You can change the date or cancel your tour if you do so at least 4 days prior to your activity date. Within 4 days of departure there are no refunds unless authorized by the Activity Provider and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee by Catalina Tours. If a specific activity must be canceled by the Activity Provider because of weather conditions, equipment failure or other reasons, we will refund the amount of money for that activity less any credit card fees. Any other tours you ordered will remain in effect.
Please contact the hotel for their cancellation and date change policy on the room portion of your package. Hotel room changes or cancellations are handled by each of our hotels. For your cross channel & activities portion of your package there are no refunds within 4 days of departure unless authorized by the Activity Provider and the cross channel carrier and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee by Catalina Tours.
Credit Card Fees:
We do not refund monies that were deducted from your purchase price by financial institutions for using your credit card at time of purchase for any reason.
